§ 42-220. Penalty.

Latest version.

Violation of any section of this article shall constitute a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine not to exceed $500.00 or up to 30 days in jail or up to 30 days of community service or a combination of each. Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
