1. It shall be unlawful for any individual being the owner, agent, or person having control of any land within the incorporated area of Olive Branch, Mississippi, to subdivide or lay out such land in lots unless by a plat, in accordance with the regulations contained herein. No lots shall be sold nor any plat recorded until such plat has been approved as herein provided. 2. Any area hereafter annexed to the City of Olive Branch, immediately upon annexation, shall no longer be subject to the DeSoto County Subdivision Regulations, but shall conform to the subdivision regulations adopted herein by the City of Olive Branch. 3. Approved lot: No building permit, certificate of occupancy, or business license shall be issued for the construction upon or use of any lot or parcel unless it shall be on an approval lot created in conformance with the requirements of these regulations. |
