§ 26-50. Conclusion.

(a)

The provisions of this article shall be deemed to supersede all previous ordinances and all other fireworks related ordinances shall be null and void.

(b)

If any article, section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or portion of this article is for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, such portion shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions hereof.
