§ 14-139. Restraining order; hearing.

Any person affected by the complaint issued by the building official may apply to the county court for an injunction restraining the building official from carrying out the provisions of the complaint, and the court may, upon such application, issue an order restraining the building official pending final disposition of the cause. The proceedings shall be as set forth in MCA 1972, § 43-35-111.
